Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Tikauo. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return any unused items in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of the delivery date.
Please ensure all returned items are:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to refund the original delivery charges. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or a tracked service for your return, as Tikauo cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, include clear photographs of the issue. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@tikauo.com.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to check and respond.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless its faulty. In such case an exchange will be issued. Please refer to our exchange policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@tikauo.com and send your item to the return address.
Faulty Goods
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Tikauo products. We undergo thorough inspection to ensure that we meet the quality standards. Please send us an email at contact@tikauo.com before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item. A faulty item has to be reported within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note:
- If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Returns, Exchanges will only accepted via postage.
- The company premises cannot offer a returns or exchange
